NetOne continues to shine in service excellence

On the 30 April 2021, the Contact Centre Association of Zimbabwe (CCAZ) held its Southern Region Service Excellence Awards and mobile network operator NetOne Cellular was honored with the Best Service Award in the Telecoms Sector.

These prestigious awards are organized by CCAZ, to recognize, promote and reward excellence, professionalism and outstanding achievement in all sectors. NetOne was recognised for its quality network service and customer-centric offering.

NetOne Acting Head of Marketing and Public Relations, Dennis Chagonda commenting on the award said, “As NetOne we take pride in putting our customers first and ensuring that we deliver quality products and services through a quality network with ubiquitous connectivity and super-fast data speeds. We have also been growing our electronic platforms which promote added convenience to our customers as they can do multiple transactions within the comfort of their homes, real-time, on-demand and on the go through our One Money product.

Mr. Dennis Chagonda reiterated that the NetOne 24hour contact centre is very responsive and seeks to resolve customer queries the first time every time. Providing superior service excellence to our customers remains a key focus area for us as we seek to wow and delight our customers always. Where customer queries arise, we aim for First Contact Resolution. Our responsiveness and commitment to resolving the issues speedily is central to our success.

NetOne has an array of bundled voice offers such as; Khuluma 24/7- which allows customers to call on and off net at affordable rates. The data packages on offer include the WhatsApp bundle, which offers voice and video calling within the bundle. Twitter allows for media content viewing. Facebook allows customers to connect socially on the platform. Instagram allows for real-time photos and video streaming across the platform.
