ZESA To Switch-Off Non Paying Customers
The Zimbabwe Electricity and Distribution Company (ZETDC) has threatened to switch off defaulting customers starting this week accusing them of neglecting to pay their electricity bills.
The Zimbabwe Electricity Transmission and Distribution Company (ZETDC) would like to advise its valued customers in Harare Region that the power utility will be implementing its credit control measures and will disconnect electricity to defaulting customers with effect from Tuesday 23 March 2021. Clients are therefor3 advised to settle their bills to avoid being disconnected. Clients can make use of the following platforms to pay their bills:
- Visit ZETDC Wynne Street banking hall to make payment
- Log on to our self service portal https://selfservice.zetdc.co.zw/ and pay your bills online using Ecocash
- Pay online to your district’s bank account
