Company Registration Fees Increased
Zimbabwean companies and other business entities fees regulations for 2020 are as follows:
For registration of private company you need to pay ZW$600, ZW$2000 for public company and other cooperative companies in order to be awarded Memorandum And Articles Of Association.
For post registration fees payable by any registered business entity, the fees ranges from ZW$80 up to ZW$5000.
