FBC Introduces Mobile Moola Platform

FBC Holdings Limited has introduced a mobile moola platform to enable clients to manage their accounts any time.

According to the FBC statement dated January 24 2020, the mobile platform has come with many features that would help clients in managing their accounts without difficulty.

“The FBC Mobile Moola product is designed to enable you our valued client to manage your money wherever you are” The statement said.

New features on the FBC mobile financial services platform according to the FBC website include:

Ability to securely log in using fingerprint and facial recognition on supported devices,

Ability to pay for your third- party vehicle insurance,

Ability to manage beneficiaries, giving you the freedom to add, modify or delete beneficiaries for bill payments, airtime purchases as well as internal and external bank transfers.

Provision of a Foreign Exchange Calculator

Availability of Proof-of-Payment (POP) for transfers

Exciting and user friendly design for the USSD (*220#) platform and Mobile Application.

After all is said and done about the bank, we can add that FBC bank is not a people’s favourite bank at the moment as their mobile Moola instant Card takes long to transact. As Techunzipped News we have recently received complains from the people about the bank saying the Instant Card takes up to three days for the money deposited in the bank to start reflecting.
