Clean City So Far So Good

Harare residents have commended Cassava Smartech’s Clean City Africa  for a job well done in refuse collection saying it has really uplifted the City’s standards.

In an interview with Techunzipped News, one Harare man who have businesses in the CBD said there is a great improvement in refuse collection in town ever since they introduced Clean City and it is good for his business.

“Haaa the City is better now, the bins are being collected all the time, we always see the Clean City vans and it is good for my business because people will buy things from a clean environment,” he said.

A Harare business lady who owns clothing shops in town said the Vaya app which is used to order the Clean City vans is fast and reliable which makes life easier.

“Now i can just order for the Clean City vans for refuse collection in all my shops. The app is fast and i rely on it.” She said.

Clean City Africa and Harare City Council penned a partnership deal last week in which the two will jointly work on improving service delivery from refuse collections, repair and maintenance of City of Harare refuse trucks and clearing illegal dumpsites.
