Get 50% Off When You Buy Football Tickets Through OneMoney

NetOne Cellular, currently the biggest sponsors of local football have introduced a promotion for its One Money customers that will see customers enjoying discounts for match day ticket purchases made through the platform.

Dubbed “Let’s Go 50:50” Promotion, the offering will see all NetOne subscribers being eligible for a whopping 50 % discount for match day tickets purchased through One Money.  A customer needs to pay at the turnstile on the match day to enjoy the half-price discount.

The promotion will be for the whole Castle Lager Soccer Premier League season, with particular focus on the NetOne sponsored team matches, between “Black Rhinos FC, CAPS United, Chapungu FC and Highlanders FC”.  The promotion is not new, as it began in 2018, however with the start of the 2019 season it will be a welcome feat to fans, especially in the current economic environment.

Football is undoubtedly not only Zimbabwe’s but the worlds most enjoyed pastime and draws emotion, unity and debate amongst many other positive attributes. The past years have seen a rise in corporate sponsorship and partnerships in the domestic league, resulting in improved quality of football.

“As NetOne we want to promote unity through Football, by affording fans country-wide an opportunity to watch their teams live in action. In so doing, we have proffered our OneMoney platform as a solution due to its key attributes of affordability, convenience and reliability. OneMoney also has the added convenience of a debit card enabled on the ZIMSWITCH platform and is a listed bank on the Zip-It platform, promoting ease of transacting. It continues to be embraced throughout Zimbabwe, and we are extremely confident that it will change the face of NetOne,” said the company’s Chief Executive Officer Mr Lazarus Muchenje.
