Telone Ventures Into Ride-Hailing With Handei Taxi App

Gone are those days, near or far, we pre-book a cab maybe a week or a day in advance. It was a no easy deal to take a cab and they were not pocket-friendly as well. However, with the dawn of digital revolution, technology has been hooked to support our day to lives.

Telone has a new tool to compete with Hwindi, Gtaxis and other ride-sharing companies.

Handei Taxi is designed so drivers can balance online work while also still being available to be hailed from the road-side.

The Taxi App was launched as a solution to overcome the existing taxi problem. It outsourced and connected freelance cab drivers and will make them available to the users even to the remotest part of Zimbabwe through a mobile app

Some taxi drivers have welcomed the introduction of Handei Taxi, saying it represents the much-needed investment in the industry.

Passengers and drivers can begin signing up for now, and the company plans to offer rides in a few months time.
