Econet Bundles Kwese TV

Econet has announced unveiled new data bundles called Kwesé Video Bundles.The video bundles are a volume-based product which gives access to Kwesé TV a subsidiarity of Econet wireless to its pre-paid customers.Econet also has over 570 Wi-Fi hotspots around the country which can also be used as Kwese hotspots to watch your Kwese Tv.

Kwese TV customers can now “tether” their decoder channels to their mobile phones in a new service called “Kwese TV Everywhere” (TVE). The service can now be used side by side with Kwese Bundles. The services will give Kwese customers more choices, allowing them to use their mobile phones to watch Kwese on the go.

Kwesé Video bundles are valid for a stipulated time validity with a specific data allocation ie the $2 Kwese 2GB $2 24 hours Kwese 10GB $10 7 days Kwese 35GB $35 $0.001 30 days.

Any activities that take the customers outside the video bundle will attract standard data rates.

Upon exhaustion of allocated threshold on the video bundle, standard data will apply.

In order for customers to access video bundle services, they need to be activated for Econet Broadband.

Subscription to the video bundle is on the mobile number and not the phone. When a customer purchases the bundle, it is credited to their number and if they change handsets the line continues to enjoy the service.

The interesting part about this bundle is that its lifespan starts from the first day of use and not purchase.

After subscribing to a video bundle, customers may have to restart their phone to activate the bundle.

In the event there is a failed attempt in subscribing to the service originating from a customer error, funds will be refundable at Econet’s discretion. Econet makes no warranty that the services will meet the customers’ requirements, be uninterrupted, complete, and timely or error-free.
